Maverick's key account managers are elite. Our depth of experience comes from Tier 1 CPG and also from the retailers our KAMs negotiate with; including Loblaws, Walmart, Amazon, and wholesale. Our brand-to-KAM ratio is kept deliberately low so each brand gets genuine attention, not fire drills and copy- pasted plans. Not only are we hyper-focused on long term healthy growth, we execute the discipline of the best KAMs. We track weekly shipment sell-in and POS sell-out, run bottom-up annual planning, and report to you monthly with a Gross-to-Net view across every retailer. Our first pride is in distribution growth. Last year, we secured 13 new listings atour regional retail partners generating $600K in new growth for clients in our FMCG portfolio.

We also manage your product pages on Walmart.ca, Loblaws.ca, and other retailer ecom stores because Amazon isn't the only digital shelf that matters.
Maverick treats retail media as a commercial instrument, not a media buy. We plan and execute it as part of the same strategy we use to manage pricing, promotions, and shelf.
To get an emerging hand and body lotion brand at Walmart from stagnant to growth, one of the actions we took was a targeted retail media campaign. Our goal: signal to the buyer that this brand deserved more shelf. The campaign delivered 412% ROAS and 85% new-to-brand buyers. More importantly, the brand went from 3 SKUs to 6 at the next planogram update.

Our S&OP team tracks Gross-to-Net actuals against budget, manage chargeback disputes, and makes sure your invoices are being paid. We have saved a brand $3M in fines, recovered hundreds of thousands in delayed invoice payments, and significantly reduced supply chain constraints through our ownership of the process. We use technology including Krunchbox, Storesight, and Claude to ensure clarity and effective execution.
We aggregate retailer POS data across Loblaws, Walmart, SDM, Sobeys, Amazon.ca, and regional accounts into a single monthly view. Our insights team identifies distribution gaps, tracks promotional ROI, and surfaces risks before they become problems.
