S&OP and Insights

Beauty brands fail in Canada when they can't forecast demand accurately or manage trade spend discipline across Sephora and Shoppers Drug Mart's complex and different cost structures. Maverick runs monthly demand planning, tracks weekly sell-in and sell-out by banner, and aggregates retailer POS data into a single view to surface risks and capture opportunities.
